Six week research and redesign of software used by tech staff to transfer data and troubleshoot connected handsets.

Stakeholder workshops were conducted, from which hypotheses were formulated and later tested.

Contextual inquiries were conducted across 6 stores in metro and regional Sydney. Painpoints and insights were identified and played back in a
co-design workshop. This ensured all stakeholders had significant input and buy-in of the final solution. 

Wireframes and prototypes were produced and tested with tech staff to ensure the proposed design was well-received when rolled out.
