Four week redesign project of a an adaptive self-service platform that makes it easy for customers to resolve problems by delivering contextually relevant support content. Scope included a responsive website, label, flyer and magnet.

Analysis and user testing of the pilot program was conducted and established NPS and SUS benchmark scores; through user testing this was improved upon.  

Colocation with the client ensured a quick turnaround and provided the opportunity to present the project to executive level stakeholders.
