I’m a Digital Product Designer who focuses on understanding user needs through research. My formal training in industrial design places an emphasis on prototyping and testing designs with real users.
Combining a robust understanding of User Experience, User Interface & Service Design practices allows me to deliver a high level of finish on a broad range of projects.
In the summer of 2018 I moved to Copenhagen in search of a sea-change after 2 years in London. Here I found Pleo and have had the pleasure of scaling Design and Research team to 40+ while helping the company grow across 7+ markets in Europe.
During my time in the UK I helped build the Designit London studio, as well as freelancing for CX Partners and Nice Agency. I lead projects with companies like Lloyds Banking Group, Eurostar, Castrol, BP and Euroconsumers that provided user value at scale.
As a consultant at Tigerspike and Symplicit, I worked on projects for Indosat, NSW Family and Community Services, Telstra, Rockend and Westpac.
During my time at Canon’s research and development company, CISRA, I focused on the future of digital interfaces. This included augmented reality for heads-up displays and projection, as well as interfaces for cameras and printers.

Collaborated with Directors, User Experience and Interface Designers, and Developers to deliver strategic projects. Led research projects and explored design opportunities, and produced vision roadmaps.
Developed UX design principles for an extensive government human services digital solution. Successfully collaborated and delivered an extensive telecommunications project with a leading management consultancy in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Delivered experience design projects in consultation with Directors, Management and Project Management. Collaborated with Directors, Leads and Management to establish project goals, activities, deliverables and success metrics. Delivered on time and within budget and managed the day-to-day creation of deliverables.
Contributed to an active understanding of the Symplicit experience design process and advocated for this methodology and philosophy to clients.
Assisted Lead UX practitioners in the execution of a full range of user-based testing and evaluation methods such as heuristic evaluations; user-testing and concept testing with prototypes; contextual inquiries; diary studies; group sessions; and survey creation.
Canon (as a part of CISRA)
User Experience Designer

Researched and developed consumer, medical and commercial concepts for Canon’s markets. Generated use cases and explored each concept stage using sketching, storyboarding, illustration, and video presentations. Produced high-quality in-house concept videos and presentation material within a short timeframe.
Managed fluid communication between international clients at Canon Inc. Japan by ensuring concepts were executed with a high level of clarity. Conducted user observations and testing.
